Not all hotel areas are completely barrier-free accessible. There is a wheelchair lift at the back of the hotel, which overcomes the hurdle of the entrance stairs barrier-free. Please contact us directly to reserve a room for you that is as barrier-free as possible.

The easiest and fastest way is to use our online booking mask and make your hotel stay online yourself within a few steps. Here you will always be shown the latest availabilities of our rooms as well as the overnight prices. In addition, you have the possibility to book further extras (e.g. bringing along a dog) directly to your stay.

Especially in case of special room requirements (e.g. accessibility), we recommend a reservation by phone, in order to be able to reserve a suitable room for you, depending on availability.

You can move into your room from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. An early arrival is possible depending on availability at an extra charge of € 30.00 per room from 12 p.m. Please contact our reception team in advance if you are interested in an early arrival.

Please also note our reception hours for your check-in.

On the day of departure, your room will be at your disposal until 11:00 a.m.

The hotel has an elevator that connects all floors. Please note, however, that not all areas and rooms of the hotel are completely barrier-free. In some cases, there are additional steps to climb on the floors. If you need or wish to have barrier-free access to your room, please contact us directly by phone or e-mail.

Our breakfast restaurant is located on the first floor, in the back of the building.

Our breakfast hours:

Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

You are very welcome to bring a dog. We ask you to inform us in advance if you would like to arrive with a dog. Via our online booking mask, you can add your four-legged companion directly to your reservation in the "Extras" section. 

We charge € 10.00 per dog/night.

The hotel has its own parking lot, which is located directly opposite the hotel entrance. Our parking spaces are allocated according to availability and cannot be reserved in advance.

The parking fee is € 7.00 per night/car.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Our reception is not staffed around the clock.

Reception hours:

Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If your expected arrival time on the day of arrival is outside our reception hours, please inform us urgently in advance. Only in this way can we smoothly organize a later check-in for you.
